Mike Perry is the president of Szarka Financial Management in North Olmsted, Ohio. With 25 years of leadership experience working at Society and KeyBank, along with management consulting experience as president of Leading Edge Solutions. Mike has been a hiring manager for over 30 years and has used that experience to provide job search and career/transition coaching for clients of Szarka Financial who are affected by layoffs. Mike is a regular speaker at many of the job seekers’ groups in northeast Ohio. His blog, containing tips for job seekers, “In the Business of You”, is read by thousands of people in over 25 countries around the world. Mike will also be featured in the book, “Jobs & Careers” by Karen Doucek.
